For the past 6 years, the c ompany has actively supported Volunteer Work in order to encourage team spirit as well as to promote giving through collective efforts. On Sunday 29th of May, with the message “We Are All Volunteers”, AB Vassilopoulos and all of you will complete a big “mosaic” of humanitarian and environmental activities such as: collection of food items, clothes, toys, creative days and events, beach cleanings, painting of buildings, etc. The company calls you to contribute to its efforts by supporting organizations such as: Retirement Homes, Orphanages, Food Banks, Municipal Social Grocery Stores, Soup Kitchens, Parishes, etc. “AB Volunteering Day” is an activity that AB’s 12,700 employees loved, and implemented with the support of friends, relatives, colleagues and customers. Like every year, through their participation, the company’s employees will discover the joy of giving with activities aimed at local organizations or NGOs of their choice. In this way, they encourage their involvement in the whole process, while offering their support to organizations operating on a local level. Furthermore, the 6 activities that will stand out will be rewarded with €15,000, which will be offered to cover the needs of particular organizations.
