The German-Greek Chamber of Industry and Commerce and the Greek-Asian Business Council will dispatch a new Business Delegation to 5 destinations in Asia from 15th to 27th September 2018, to explore new opportunities in a large geographical region which shows development trends. The Delegation will visit Seoul on 17th and 18th September, Tokyo on 19th and 20th September, Taipei on 21st September, Shenzhen (China) on 24th and 25th September and Hong Kong on 26th September.

The mission will offer Greek extrovert enterprises a program of several pre-scheduled meetings with Asian companies so that they engage in discussions which may lead to eventual agreements for exports, synergies, joint-ventures, transfer of know-how, investments, co-operations with local companies, identification of appropriate agents and partners, etc. The Asian countries are developed, they have large populations with increasing purchasing power and consuming trend who appreciate western quality products, thus offering significant business prospects in various fields.

The Delegation will consist of up to 8 participants, mainly from food & beverages, cosmetics-pharmaceuticals, IT, building materials, real estate, tourism, as well as from other sectors. Each participant will have a number of pre-scheduled B2B meetings, which will take place in the premises of local enterprises, in the Commercial Offices of the Greek Embassies, or in the local Chambers and Associations. In this respect we are in close cooperation with the Commercial Offices of the Greek Embassies in Seoul and Tokyo, with the Importers and Exporters Association of Taipei, with the Shenzhen Chamber of Commerce, the Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce and the Greek Consulate in Hong Kong, as well as with the local German Chambers which will provide access for networking with their member companies.

Companies interested to participate are advised to fill out and send the Registration Form to y.patsiavos@ahk.com.gr at their earliest convenience, to allow ample time for preparation of B2B meetings and for all necessary arrangements aiming to facilitate discussions during the visit.
