Twenty-one SOS Children's Villages colleagues from around the world shared their stories at the annual 'Harvesting' programme, organised by the Hermann Gmeiner Academy in Innsbruck, Austria. Participants, ranging from SOS caregivers to fundraisers, expressed their passion and commitment for our organisation's work, and were guided in developing plans to realise their professional visions.
