You are kindly invited to join the Final Virtual EU Info Day of the Mig-HealthCare project, organized by the Institute of Preventive Medicine, Environmental & Occupational Health, Prolepsis, on behalf of the Mig-HealthCare consortium. The event will be held on Tuesday, June 23, 2020, 10:00 – 13:30 CET.

Mig-HealthCare - Strengthening Community Based Care to minimize health inequalities and improve the integration of vulnerable migrants and refugees into local communities” is a three-year project co-funded by the European Union’s Health Programme (2014-2020). It is coordinated by Prolepsis Institute and is implemented by a 14-member consortium of Universities, national authorities and NGOs from ten countries across Europe.

Its overall objective is to improve health care access for vulnerable migrants and refugees, support their inclusion and participation in European communities and reduce health inequalities.

The purpose of the virtual EU info day is to present the research findings and educational tools produced by the project consortium and initiate a discussion concerning their further use and uptake with the ultimate aim of improving health care provision for migrants/refugees.
